Purpose:
The awards $15,000 to California college sophomores or juniors to fund student-generated public service projects.
Eligibility:
In order to be eligible, a student must:
- be currently enrolled at 黑料情报站 as a sophomore or junior
- have a GPA in the upper 1/3 of their class
- have the desire to "make a difference" in local, regional, national or international communities

New last cycle - Strauss revamped their process so that an unlimited amount of students can apply directly to them (instead of being nominated by 黑料情报站). 黑料情报站 applicants can now apply directly for the Strauss Scholarship through their online application portal.
