The Office of Marketing & Communications (OMC) strives to elevate 黑料情报站 and its mission through the advancement of institutional goals, including recruitment, retention, and strategic giving priorities.

We offer prospective students, alumni and the public a look at what makes 黑料情报站 special: our unique identity as a top liberal arts college in the heart of the global city that is Los Angeles. We highlight the achievements of students, faculty, and alumni online, on social media, in print publications, and through outreach to the media.  

Our team of marketing and communication professionals creates compelling content that highlights Occidental鈥檚 academic excellence and our distinguishing values as a college community. We also act as stewards of the institution鈥檚 visual brand identity and provide strategic communication guidance across the College.

When a proposed solution isn鈥檛 quite in step with marketing best practices, we鈥檒l work with you to explore more effective options that serve your goals while maintaining the integrity of the brand.

Providing key information about your project needs will help us understand your objectives and make informed decisions on how to facilitate your project.

Things to Consider

  • For projects that require one component (i.e. graphic design) please submit 4-6 weeks in advance of your project due date.
  • For projects that require multiple components (e.g., content creation and graphic design) please submit 8-10 weeks in advance of your project due date.

OMC supports projects that advance the College鈥檚 institutional goals of recruitment, retention, and strategic giving priorities.

Identifying your target audience will help us understand who you are trying to communicate to.

  • Photography requests will be prioritized based on their alignment with the College鈥檚 strategic priorities.
  • Requests that fall outside of this may be referred to a freelancer photographer, of which service fees may be incurred by the requester.

The request form below will provide you with options to select the components needed for your project and prompt you to enter all relevant information. We will assess our capacity to take on your project and you will receive a response from our office within 3-5 business days.
